The Halastra Information Centre functions as a starting point for the environmental education programs meant for the schools.

Nea Agathoupoli Observation Post
 
The Observation Post of Nea Agathoupoli is the “basis” of the Management Authority in the area of Aliakmonas river and the wetland of Nea Agathoupoli. It is a three – storey building, from which the visitor can enjoy impressive views to the Delta of Aliakmonas and the Thermaikos gulf, using telescopes and binoculars.

Nea Agathoupoli Thematic Pavilion
The Thematic Pavilion of Nea Agathoupoli is open in weekends, welcoming kids who would like to take part to the “Microcosmos” Program.

Environmental Park of Gallikos River

The Management Authority offers tour – guides to the municipal Environmental Park of Gallikos river. Two observation posts, trails and rest places are among the park’s infrastructure.
